This Refunds and Returns Policy outlines the process, conditions, and timeframes for returning products and obtaining refunds. Artwork and Prints: We offer physical paintings and prints for sale. Only prints are available for purchase online; all paintings must be bought in person at our studio.
Art Purchased In-Person
No Returns or Refunds: As all paintings are sold exclusively in person at our studio, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for paintings once the purchase is completed.
Prints Purchased Online
We strive to provide high-quality artwork. If you are not satisfied with your print purchase, please review the conditions below for initiating a return and obtaining a refund.
a.Eligibility: Returns are accepted for prints purchased online within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the print must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
b.Non-Returnable Items: Custom prints or prints marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.
Initiating a Return
Contact Us: To initiate a return for a print, please contact us by email at info.mariajosecabral@gmail.com. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos of the print and packaging.
Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the print.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that the print is returned safely.
Inspection: Upon receiving the returned print, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.
Refund Issuance: Once the returned print is inspected and approved, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Timeframe: Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider's processing times.
No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different print, you will need to return the original print and place a new order.
Report Damages: If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info.mariajosecabral@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the damaged print, and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement print or issuing a refund, depending on the circumstances.
